Croatia Sea Kayak Adventure Briefing

This magical journey takes place in the less-explored northern region of Croatia’s Adriatic Sea. This zone is away from the more touristy areas of Dubrovnik and Split, which allows us to find peace and tranquillity away from the crowds.

This also means we can provide one of the only kayak camping experiences in the entire country.

We’ll be travelling full expedition style – with all of our food and gear packed into the boats with us. This allows for flexibility as our home is wherever we choose to park it! We plan on exploring several different islands including: Rab Island, Cres Island and Krk Island. We’ll also include plenty of swim and snorkel breaks, as well as opportunities to venture into the historic towns.

As with all Global Shenanigans Expeditions, all aspects of this adventure are taken care of for you. All you need to do is turn up at the airport and enjoy the ride!

The sea kayak is the ultimate way to connect with nature. We move harmoniously with our surroundings, peacefully paddling from campsite to campsite. The boats will have everything we need to make the trip as comfortable as possible.

The total trip length is 8 days (airport to airport), 6 of which will be spent sea kayaking. The Croatia kayak adventure is suitable for beginner-intermediate kayakers with an adventurous spirit. There are also opportunities for more experienced kayakers to continue paddling after we have set up camp, exploring further and working on their kayak skills.
